SW Engineering has well experienced Human Resource in Piping & Structural Fabrication and Equipment Installation involved in execution of several projects in the Middle East and in India. The company has a highly experienced and qualified professional team of engineers which includes technical staff, senior project managers,qualified engineers, quantity surveyors and certified welders.
In line with this Total Quality Commitment the company has in-house Quality Assurance Systems to monitor and control all aspects of our work including materials, welding standards, pipework assembly, testing and commissioning.
SW Engineering believes on continuous improvement and it will be achieved by frequent training for all our employees that develop their skills. We are conducting Engineer development programs on monthly basis to develop our engineers becomes more effective in enhanced and effective way on HSE, QA/QC, Planning & Execution. We have tied up with Oracle India Pvt Limited to provide training in Primavera P6.
We are also providing training for various skill sets includes and not limited to Pipe Fabricator, Pipe Fitter, Millwright, Riggers, Scaffolder and NDT technicians by effective and well confined training manuals prepared by experienced professionals. We are also piloting team building gatherings for all our employees on monthly basis and selecting best performers for the month and appreciating them as well. We are always following PIP concept Praise in Public and Punish in Private to keep good develop a good working culture within our team.
